Designed new textile welding process and fixtures for consumables and solved a 5-year customer complaint welding issue.
Trained and certified by Environmental Source Center for waste management and hazardous material transportation.
Invented four-season constant density polymeric ink for industrial printer by controlling blending parameters and polymer termination reaction to maintain constant density throughout seasons.
Invented anti-aging hydrophilic oil-based ink to maintain quality products and extend shelf life (oil surface tension reduction and Nylon 66 absorption enhancement).
Developed ultrasonic washing process and chose chemicals for machining part cleaning after grinding.

Graft Polymerization and Application to Membrane Pervaporation (Transfer of matter from
vapor to liquid phase)
-Designed/Conducted experiments and installed equipment for polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and polyvinylacetate (PVAc) onto silica membrane surface via free-radical polymerization; permeability and pervaporation experiments.
-Modeled kinetics for evaluating graft yield of PVP and PVAc for optimal pervaporation performance.
-Developed and applied composite polymeric-ceramic membranes for trichloroethylene (TCE) and chloroform removal from water by Pervaporation.
-Experienced UV, FTIR, BET, GC and TGA for polymer characterization.
Transport of Water Vapor in Polymer Foams
-Invented and implemented new methods and instrumentation for measuring permeability, solubility, and diffusion coefficients of industrial polymeric foams (Armstrong World, Inc.)
