customer Quality Plan.

3. Radiographic Testing the Pipelines, Coils, Boiler Tubes and flow line during construction

and maintenance.

4. Prepared reports for UT and Radiography.

5. Carried out PT on all butt and fillet weld joints.

6. Preparation and submission of reports & Co-ordination with clients.

7. Conducting daily audit to assure welding parameters as per the specifications in WPS

and Weekly auditing for welding machines in case of any revalidation or recalibration is

required.

qualification record and technicians performance rating through NDT control log.

soaking temperature & time and cooling rate with the relevant specification and

procedure.

6. Repair welding procedure review, follow-up and monitoring of the repair process till the

completion of various activities confirming the material compliance with relevant
