Accomplishments as Materials Coordinator April 2014 – Present
Managed the PSE&G Asset Management database for Inventory Materials Management Department for all Incoming and Outgoing Capital Equipment/ Materials for all capital projects at the Central Substation Spares facility which includes 2 warehouses and 1 staging yard encompassing $35MM-50MM of inventory
Utilized SAP MM and packing lists to build a detailed database including use of Inventory Control System procedures, Excel and Word; introduced to Access Nov 2015
Arranged job site meetings with project teams to inventory leftover materials from completed projects; provided a comprehensive list to the project control engineering manager who distributes the list to several dozen DP&C project managers for their review with the goal to avoid duplicate purchases and expedite material transfers efficiently between closed projects/ upcoming projects
Liaison between MM and DP&C group [Construction Dept.] to transfer leftover materials between projects

Accomplishments as Buyer June 2012 – March 2013:
Processed POs, Change Orders [in SAP MM] and Contract Amendments [in SharePoint] for Environmental Remediation for 3 business units: environmental consulting, recycling / disposal and the remediation of contaminated and non-hazardous soil and water from over 40 former PSE&G gas sites throughout New Jersey utilizing 45 multi-year contracts with suppliers in a 3-tiered category arrangement
Utilized MS 2010 [9/12 thru 3/13] and MS Office Professional 2003 [6/12 thru 9/12]
Processed $121MM+ in spend [$58MM in 2012 and $63MM in 2013]
Contract Duties:
Developed the initial contract document and forwarded to legal and risk management departments for review and final document preparation prior to final document submittal to the appropriate suppliers
Interfaced with cognizant internal clients including DP&C, Environmental Remediation and former Gas Works personnel
Monitored contractor performances and advised internal clients unexpected delays or problems
Accomplishments as Procurement Analyst Jan 2010 – May 2012:
Managed procurement activities for over one dozen major, multimillion dollar EPC capital projects which all expand the Electrical Transmission capabilities for one of the largest utility companies in the USA for both capital
projects and Stimulus programs for Electric field operations; also managed procurement functions for several Utility Operations projects for electricity generating facilities [switching stations and sub-stations]
Sourced approved service providers and Arranged and Conducted the commercial portion of pre-bid meetings with contractors, engineering firms and internal DP&C teams at jobsite locations
Achieved total spend of $283MM [ 2010-2012] during a period of a substantially increased workload including Transmission Life Cycle, Northeast Grid and Susquehanna-Roseland projects
Upon receipt of documentation from the DP&C project teams, uploaded drawings, specs and SOWs into the Power Advocate system for RFP submittals to approved Engineering firms and construction contractors
