oAssisted in supporting DOR's Integrated Property Assessment System (IPAS) software from Tyler Technologies.

oResearched vendor software enhancements and how it would affect current functional business usage, developed test plans, conducted the tests against the upgraded software, and documented the testing results.

oInvestigate business user issues with data interfaces from legacy applications interfacing with IPAS.

Vendor Management (VM)

oUtilized Tyler's Customer Interface to log and communicate DOR business user questions on system functionality, system issues, and system enhancements.

oUtilized Tyler's interactive Community Knowledge Base and discussion forums posting inquiries on system functionality and DOR business usage issues. I was able to take the collaborative feedback to resolve DOR business usage issues.

Knowledge Base (KB) and Mentoring

oI developed and continue to build out a knowledge base of IPAS's work flows, data interfaces, application edits, and calculations.

oI developed a WIKI

ousing DOR's ticketing software from Fog Creek Software. I took advantage of the software to create a menuing presentation of IPAS work flows, data interfaces, and data dictionary.

oI gathered WIKI content from:

Interviews and communications from DOR Business User, Business Analyst, and Developers.

I am researching and consolidating information from existing Project Directories, Document Libraries, IPAS's Oracle database, triggers, packages, SQL and PL/SQL code for the WIKI content.
