• Molecular cloned glycoprotein and constructed recombinant baculovirus.

• Conducted FRET (Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) analysis.
• Imaged DNA origami with AFM and fluorescence microscopy, and analyze results with ImageJ and Matlab.
• Designed origami-based nanosensors and conduct single molecule imaging.
• Prototyped microfluidic chips that assemble origami automatically. Process includes photolithography and Labview programming for syringe pumps control.
