JOB PROFILE:
Physical, Chemical & Microbiological Analysis of RM, PM and FG.
Physical, Chemical & Microbiological Analysis of Raw Water and RO Water.
Ensure the Food Products meet standard set by both company and regulatory bodies.
DQI and Carry out the Retention Capacity test for Finished Products.
Effective implement, monitor and maintain of GMP, GHP, GLP, CCP, PRP, personal hygiene, pest control activity, Food Safety and FIFO.
Perform the validation of cleaning procedure for all manufacturing machines and cleaning and sanitation program.
To investigate and identify potential source of contamination.
To ensure investigation of non-conformances.
Ensure product Quality is always monitored so that there will not be any FG rework and no FG short shipment due to Quality issue.
Making of product spec sheet and CoAs against each individual products
To manage inspection and laboratory so as to provide consistent reliable services to manufacturing.
Preparation and implementation of Method Validation Protocols and Method Validation Reports.
Implementation of Entry/ Exit and gowning procedure while entering the classified areas.
Staff Training on Hazards, Personal Hygiene, Company policy, PRP, OPRP, GHP, HACCP, Food Safety & GMP.
Monitoring and Maintaining CCP’s & PRP in every aspect wherever needed.
Ability to prepare Quality Manual, SOP’s, Protocol, CoA, Work Instructions and Method as assigned.
Check and verify the regulatory compliance in product, packaging and label and closure of non-conformities.
Ensuring the food safety methods and hygiene standards are met and having good knowledge of GMP.

To Plan, coordinate and implement product & process characteristics from incoming materials to FG.
Design, implement, monitor and maintain the quality system and process Food Safety Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Testing Procedures to make sure of the product as per specifications.
Review and update the various regulatory norms for food products, packaging, storage and distribution.
Assist in monitoring the pest treatment process and help in fixing up the gaps to avoid the pest entry.
Carry out random verification of food supplied by the vendor with the agreed specification.
Maintaining all log books and all Records related to all documents of all Operating Procedure.
Preparation and implementation of calibration schedule for various instruments like Balance, pH meter, Conductivity meter, Colony Counter, Incubator, Centaur, Roche and Autoclave etc.
Responsible for internal calibration of all lab instruments.
Performance Environmental Monitoring (by Settle Plate Method and Air Sampling Method) and Identify recovered organisms and media preparation, growth promotion test for every culture media.
To maintain the inventory of Media’s, Reagents, Diluent, Chemicals and Stains.
To maintain high level coordination with procurement team, vendors, suppliers, growers for quality goods/approvals.
Responsible for designing, coordinating and executing training programs that are consistent with management objectives include quality system awareness, ISO, QMS, Work place Safety, Contingency plan, Mock Drill, Fire Extinguishers Handling, Food safety, continuous technical improvement and personal performance reviews.
