Worked with a group of students to gather and analyze process time data at a Chipotle restaurant.

Using Arena Modeling Software, developed an Arena Model to accurately represent the production process of the Chipotle restaurant. The group then developed new scenarios to improve production line and time of the services provided by the Chipotle restaurant.
