Migrated 65,000 DuPont Lotus Notes users to MS Exchange email with 100% success. Worked with the client team, multiple vendors and internal team to successfully complete the project.

Managed improvements to DuPont’s largest and most complex global customer eCommerce Web site. Enhancements resulted in the inclusion of 19 new sales organizations and the number of customer orders grew by 39% and revenues to increase by 19%.

Delivered a Material Safety Data Sheet central document management repository, using Documentum, populated via four legacy systems. This application greatly simplified MSDS document retrieval, for global DuPont, to a single web site.

Tested and documented processes to move portal configuration from development to production to establish DuPont’s new WebSphere Portal environment.

Key Contributions:

Saved a failing DuPont Chemical Inventory project (behind schedule and over budget) by reevaluating previous project manager’s decisions, instituting adjustments, and assisting with development so project was within deadline and revised estimated budget.

Eliminated costs of maintaining multiple copies of same data sheet in various languages by creating application to dynamically support western European languages and country specific formats.

Migrated a single business / language Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) application to a multi-language, multi-format data sheet application used by 20 businesses in corporate data center.
