Chosen to increase morale and takeover the entire Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation (ACMI) program at the base, which provides support for ACMI combat training for 2 squadrons comprised of 50 F-15 and British Typhoon aircraft. Manage a 10-member team consisting of foreign military and civilian personnel in the performance of scheduled / unscheduled aircraft ACMI pod maintenance and DDS mission debriefs. Develop workflow plans / schedules, and provide technical guidance in the operation / maintenance of ACMI Pods. Complete weekly and monthly reports regarding progress, status, and operations management to ensure mission success. Operate industrial grade computer test equipment. Troubleshoot electrical systems using various test equipment including; multi-meter, Spectrum Analyzer, oscilloscopes technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Maintain and control flow and access to Secret / Classified material. Report weekly and monthly time-lines, schedules, problem resolution, and future expectations to the United States government.

Selected accomplishments:

Realized 30-40% faster completion times in debriefs, which contributed to pilot mission readiness by training new foreign national employees on the display and debrief subsystems.

Decreased pod training simulation failure rate 30% by creating a Cubic End of Runway team to assist in checking ACMI pod readiness prior to flights.

Improved security measures by collaborating with The Royal Saudi Air Force and U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Site Survey Team to identify and define methods for increasing security for DDS and ICADS debriefing systems and evaluating ACMI areas.

Selected accomplishments:

Chosen as 1 of 15 out of 60 personnel by upper management to serve on the acceptance inspection team for the 20 new F-15S model aircraft flown in from the United States, which encompassed complete turnover, submission of forms, and equipment delivery to Saudi military personnel.

Contributed to fulfilling Royal Saudi Air Force flying mission requirements by maintaining training schedules, currency requirements, and providing hands-on training for up to 20 maintenance technicians.
