Project Description: Maximo Asset Management application is a single point of control over all types of assets production, infrastructure, facilities, transportation and communications by managing them all on a common platform which allows sharing and enforcement of best practices, inventory, resources and personnel. Maximo has been deployed over 800+ Sodexo sites globally across 47 Countries in 6 Zones and supports 28 Languages.

Key Contributions:

Recent experience as a QA Lead in Global Maximo Generic Work Order and Work Log interfaces validations with Client MGI using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) as middleware. Wrote test scripts referring to Business use cases and performed both Inbound and Outbound interfaces validation using web service technical applications like SOAPUI. Made sure the retry functionality is working as expected while processing the failed messages. Validated Audit, Known Fault Error applications and audit messages in the message tracking system. Documented the defects found, recorded the test results and shared with Business team.

It also helps the users to process invoices in one place and schedule them to be sent automatically to customers, individually or in batches.
