The project involves customization, bug fixing in the Enovia 2013x application. And also migrating the data to Enovia 2013x from Enovia/Non-Enovia systems, needs to ensure and deliver the following –

Provide the Data Migration scripts to migrate the data from Enovia/Non-Enovia system to Enovia.

Complete all customizations, integrations and configurations

Nissan US & Europe are the processes build up on the BPO Central framework to support the needs of the Nissan US clientele.

Fax Upload is a schedule job, which will create the eMatrix objects for the faxed images by the Mexico Client Team. Unit header module is used to create the objects in eMatrix; this is the entry point for any object in eMatrix.

File net upload is a schedule job, which will generate .eob file and a folder containing attached documents & images to the object.

EIPP Vendor Application is a separate application to add, modify and delete vendor details frequently by the client.

Purging Module involves in identifying the eligible the objects to be purged and then create shell scripts and then executing the same.

Project Description

The main objective of the project is to evolve a workflow platform specific to the needs of GECIS global. This platform is to be based on the eMatrix toolset that forms a part of strongly recommended Tech Stack of GE Technology. This framework is referred to as BPO Central. The BPO Central is designed on eMatrix provides a web-enabled workflow system for managing the data received in a BPO. This data is usually in the form of images and documents. The following are the main functionalities of the BPO Central:

It implements the Job Scheduling meaning, the jobs can be created and scheduled to run at regular intervals of time. The java classes, which implements the quartz.jar running under separate RMI on the separate port takes care of job scheduling.

The work distribution system is responsible for emulating the call centre environment where the system pushes the relevant transaction to the available It provides the flexible role-based routing mechanism to perform load balancing.

Images, belonging to certain business process/work-types, have a well-defined presentation format & structure and therefore each field value on image always appear on a fixed location.

Real time reports are generated on the web front end, which is accessible on the roles assigned to the user.

The BPO Central is being implemented by GECIS is used in many of the highly proclaimed processes like Penske, GlaxoSmithKline etc.
