ViaSat delivers affordable two-way broadband Internet access via satellite to virtually any home and small business throughout rural America (for approximately 425K customers) to any location for both government and commercial customers. In the last quarter of 2009, ViaSat announced plans to acquire WildBlue. Convergys has been engaged by ViaSat to provide the scope for a full billing system upgrade.
