Responsibilities included troubleshooting and replacing/repairing point-of-sale systems in a grocery store environment. Between 10 and 15 calls were resolved per week. Clients were worked with over telephone to attempt to resolve issue and in-person when it could not be resolved over telephone. This included updating and migrating Windows operating systems on Intel-based servers and IBM 4690 OS using IBM ACE on IBM X3200 servers as well as all troubleshooting software and installing network and peripheral hardware, creating and restoring iamges with Acronis software, and maitaining personal inventory and call queue via RemoteTech software.

SharePoint 2010 Data Migration/Contractor – Transocean

Responsibilities included designing SharePoint 2010 sites and pages (approximately 1700 pages within 29 departments and global divisions) from existing FrontPage intranet. This also included migrating approximately 22,000 existing files, documents, as well as internal and external links to the new environment and setting metadata and/or content and information types for each one accordingly. Troubleshooting and maitaining Windows operating system during migration was used frequently.
