Assisted in developing ADRA Int’l Marketing Department’s 5 year strategic plan and KPIs, specifically to increase and personalize online giving, awareness and continue to build advocates and brand ambassadors.
Enhanced various areas within our CRM, to improve accuracy and efficiency in reporting, and maintain a current donor database. Working proactively and collaboratively with the digital strategist, web developers and senior staff these improvements resulted in 88% increase of online donors, 80% new recurring donors, and a total growth of 55% of gifts given online in 2015 versus 2014.

Create social media campaigns (organic & paid) for various Washington Spanish SDA Church events and engagement posts. Maintain Washington Spanish’s multiple social media platforms. WS’s [In]Finite’s platform saw an increase in activity (reach & shares) of 187% since 2015 and increase of 100 followers in 2016 compared to previous year.
Assisted with email marketing campaigns (testing, copy edits, and target audience test), and email auto-responders for monthly donors in efforts to maintain loyalty.

Update and monitor ADRA’s CMS and collaborate with other teams to overcome larger issues.
Liaise User Experience opportunities from ADRA donors to digital strategist, web developers and senior staff to enhance the User Interface design and ease processes.
