2. Monitor activities pertaining to the installation or construction of pollution source and control facilities with the end in view of ensuring compliance with the air, noise and water quality standard. 3.Together with the CEO shall be held responsible for any violations with of the law and its implementing rules and regulations committed by the company.

4. Supervise the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities of the company.

5. Report within reasonable time to DENR the breakdown of any pollution control facility and the estimate and actual date of completion/repair and operation.

6. Promptly submit validated/certified as correct by the CEO periodic reports stipulated by DENR.

7. Serves as liaison of DENR, keep abreast with the requirements of DENR.

8. Attend the meetings of PCO's which may from time to time be called by DENR.

9. Facilitate compliance of the company with the requirements that may from time to time be prescribed by DENR.

10. Recommend to the management the installation and operation of additional equipment for the pollution control facility.

11. Handle other matters of government concern as required by the President and CEO.

Asset and Property Manager

1.Monitors all insurance of all assets and vehicles owned by the company.

2..Monitors all insurance benefits for employees such as HMO and personal accident insurance.

3. Negotiate with insurance brokers, risk providers to obtain better terms and conditions of the covering policy.

4. Monitors monetary requirements in case of loss/casualty on all vehicles properties, including marine cargo claims.

5 .Attend to extra judicial proceedings for a possible settlement of claims either with the insurance commission with the aim of settling the claim.
