SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

As a QC –Inspector, for an electrical boards manufacturer in Toronto,I was trained and certified for the course of study on Component Identification for Trough-Hole and Sourface Mount VT – 64 C, I was inspecting those boards concordant with IPC Standard and my responsibilities are to control SMT parts and PTH parts from quality point of view, some of this criteria that I needed to follow,

-components checking : for missing, value, wrong polarity,damaged ( pads and parts), up, tilted

-solder checking : for open, bridge ( short), cold solder, disturbed solder,…

-concordant to IPC Standard I have to respect this important criteria : side overhang, end overhang, min. joint width, min. end width, thickness ( for each type of component)

-final Qc : special instruction from customer, as presents of labels, presents of modification, ...

-X-ray inspection for all the boards that needed to be inspected with x-ray, especially those boards that has BGA or IC that was really hard for visual inspection to be sure of the solder quality

As production engineer (like :production supervisor ) in clothing manufacture industry ( woman &man’s wear) my responsibilities was :

-process manufacture establishing ( operation establishing)

-cutter supervising (fabrics and insertion), for every piece from the product in order

-first sample manufacture ( ‘0’ series)

-introducing all this data in computer

-supervising all manufacturing process ( from beginning to end)

As a fabrics designer (engineer) I was responsible for :

-creation (design) new sample of fabric ( requested by a client or requested by fashion)

- colour card for each season : all collection made in this colours

- for each article made by me, I have to follow all the process manufacturing ( yarn preparation, warp made, fabric weaving, final control, finishing) and I have to establish the final parameters

- I know all type of fabric bundle: tissue (sail), atlas, diagonal (d2/1, d2/2, d3/3 tennis, prince de wells and all combination….
