6/2010 – 3/2016, Storage Solution Engineer, HP Enterprise Systems

Lead weekly worldwide Storage Solution Designer huddles during 2012 through 2014. These meeting addressed the needs and problems of the Storage and BUR Solution. They also provided a consistent feed of education to address the features and functionalities of all supported HPES hardware through HPE ITIL practices. These vendors included NetApps, EMC, Brocade, and HP.

Presales Solution Architect responsible for the developed virtualized SAN, NAS, Archive, Cloud Storage, and BUR architecture and migrations in support of customer defined RTO and RPO requirements. These designs included the complete re-architecture of the customer’s data centers and the associated staffing and management of multiple facilities.

Lead the way in introduction and solutioning of B6200 Catalyst mode ahead of standard portfolio offerings. As a result of these efforts this technology has been moved to the very first priority of HPES Portfolio.

Provided all storage and BUR leadership directed at addressing RED account status on two customers in 2012. These efforts have resulted in the customer providing HPES with a green status and the renewal of their contracts during 2013.

Pre sales Lead Solutioning and POC activities using 3Par SSD technologies. These efforts lead to the increased use of 3PAR technologies to fulfill the majority of SAN requirements for our renewal customers.

Identified the need for leveraging more aggressive SAN consumption rates when competing against other vendors touting space savings technologies. Before this effort customer volume was conserved to be migrated into an HP facility on a gigabyte to gigabyte relationship.
