* Prepared Hilton Grand Vacations Company (HGVC), the timeshare division of Hilton, to ‘spin off’ from its parent company. Responsible for change management, data analysis, HRIS mapping, and subject matter expertise on local collective bargaining agreements, NYS and NYC employment laws, succession planning, risk analysis, compliance, and HR strategy.
* Task-force member for the grand opening of “The District”, a newly constructed HGVC property in Washington DC. Absorbed responsibility for the northeast region. Conducted train-the-trainer sessions to empower DC Managers who will be conducting future new hire orientations. Advised on policy and performance management.
ThriveNYC - Mental Health Service Corps (MHSC) 01/16-06/16
* Very first hire of the MHSC project, an $800M city initiative, jointly steered by the Mayor’s Office and Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, and CUNY system. Reported out at City Hall.
* Responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts. Hired 150 staff members, predominately psychiatrists and social workers. Implemented affirmative action planning to boost diversity and inclusion; collective staff spoke 28 different languages.
Wyndham Worldwide 06/15-10/15
* Prepared Midtown 45, Wyndham’s first timeshare property in NYC for rapid expansion. Task-force member in relocation and reopening of the Sales & Marketing Center. Facilitated onboarding for 50+ agents, a 25% increase in the headcount. Coordinated with union officials, site leadership, and corporate HR to address issues raised by the resort’s union contract.
* Resolved open HR items by closing of investigations, correcting database inaccuracies, and addressing inefficiencies. Developed sustainable scalable recommendations and tools for the center’s future growth.
