Provided inspections of almonds, walnuts, and pistachios gathered in orchards in Central Valley of California. Performed testing utilizing good laboratory practices (GLP) to determine presence of Indiamale Moth and Navel Orange Worm.

Processed larva and distinguished if specimen is male or female through microscopic identification procedures.

Set/checked egg traps and record number of eggs left on trap.

Conducted Harvest Department audits regarding average quality limits (AQL) and zero tolerance on carcasses and offal. Performed lactic acid titration verification testing, animal welfare and handling audits, and equipment inspections.

Performed specification audits on various cuts of beef produced by Fabrication Department. Utilized Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods. Analyzed trimmed products for fat percentage and compliance.
