As a General Laborer at Tyson foods I worked in the Fillet Dept. my job was to operate the line successful and must stay focused and alert in order for the line to not get backed up. Wrapped meat was to be inspected to make sure that there are no holes in the wrapped package. If there is a hole or damage it was to be sent back through the line. If the meat is properly packaged was then placed into the trays to be taking to the freezer storage by another worker who is responsible for taking it to the freezer. Also at times when needed and not on the floor I may have to pull heavy tray loads into the freezer storage.
