Hello, I am Wayne Martin. I’m a Native American Speaker of English, with 100% clear accent. I have 30 years experience teaching Culinary Arts in the classrooms & restaurants, 7 years of teaching online to Japanese and Chinese students (ages 7 to 65) and earned a TEFL/TESOL & 160 hour Master TEFL/TESOL. I have taught Doctoral Students, Business owners, High School to Elementary students & just conversational English. I am very technically adept as evidenced by my performance as a former Army Ranger, US Marine, Chef for thousands of soldiers and a multi-store business owner (15 restaurants). In multiple positions over 20+ years, I have held High Profile Executive positions such as: Director of Nationwide Customer Service, Head Chef, Multi-unit Store Owner/Developer, Manager and more. Regularly, I display a rich capacity to profitably lead, large teams or small. Beginning with my military career and continuing to the present, I have created thousands of delectable dishes for everything from a “table for two” to a “feed the thousands” situation, while teaching others along the way in various teaching methods.
