Leveraged the capabilities of Achievers Stars, an innovative platform for driving employee performance. Grew employee participation from 45% to 65%, elevating company to becoming one of the top five corporations in employee use.

Pioneered organization’s first structured onboarding process, a yearlong program based on industry best practices, which significantly improved employee retention.
Engaged a videographer and produced a 10-minute onboarding video. Developed checklists for staff and managers, established weekly employee-manager meetings, and created a structure to introduce new hires to department heads across the organization.
