Job Description

Assist individual patient needs for nursing.

Encourage the patient to accept modifications of her normal pattern of living imposed by chronic illness or permanent in capacity.

Interpret as practicable to the patient and her family the overall care program, which has been developed for her.

Apply nursing measures and techniques pertinent to medical diagnosis and therapy to the patient.

Executes legal order of the physician concerning treatment and medications.

Record and report facts about patient,including evaluation of the whole case.

Receives and endorses the unit properly..

Assist physicians when examining patients, diagnostics and therapeutic procedures.

Gives health teachings.
