Worked as a Site Engineer for SPAN Infra Builders Pvt. Ltd. At Bhubaneswar form Dec 2013 to Nov 2016.

Details of Project:

Construction of 100 bedded mch complex (G+5 floors, 11850 sqft each floor) at Capital Hospital.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Allocation of manpower and effective communication at various stages of work

Continuous site supervision

Monitor of bar bending schedule, shuttering, concreting of the project.

Preparation of monthly sub contractor bills

Preparation of daily and monthly progress report.

Report submission for productivity and manpower consumption etc.,

Coordinate with survey and mechanical electrical and plumbing authorities.

Worked as a Junior Engineer(Civil) at ECCI LTD., Bhubaneswar

in the project Cosmopolis, dumduma, Bhubaneswar from May 2011 to Dec 2013.

Details of Project:

Residential buildings (B+G+16 floors) totally 11 towers having 67 individual units including car parks and other public facilities.

Each unit having 2BHK, 2 BHK cum Study, 3 BHK, 4 BHK having 1225, 1350, 1740 and 1900 square feet respectively. Total built up area 3 lakhs Sq.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Started out as trainee engineer responsible for documents and assisting senior engineers and promoted to Junior Engineer after complication of training period of six months.

General site supervisory duties for development of two high rise apartment blocks of B+G+16 floors (134 residential units) including car parks, Approach road and other public facilities.

Monitor of Bar Bending Schedule, shuttering, concreting and quality assurance of the project.

Co-ordinate with survey and mechanical, electrical and plumbing authorities.

Co-ordination with customers at the time of flat hand over.
