Manage a staff of seven member service representatives. Responsibilities include: training, coaching / developing and mentoring staff members, setting individual / departmental goals and assessing them on a monthly basis. Completing annual performance reviews, perform monthly audits of monetary instruments and cash drawers. Assist members with any discrepancies or complaints they may have such as reconciling bank statements providing copies of checks, problem solving etc.. I also make adjustments to teller over and short General Ledgers and ensure that the branch balances at the end of the day to the check processing report.

Supervised a staff of eight tellers. Responsibilities include: overseeing the teller department ensuring that the staff provide quality service to the members through training. Ordered cash for five branches, balance main vault daily, maintained and balanced automated teller machine daily, performed cash audits monthly, prepared currency transaction reports when needed. I also assist members with a variety of transactions on their accounts such as making deposits, withdrawals reconciling bank statements. My responsibility was also to handle member complaints.
