Project: Responsible to manage cross-functional teams through Consumer Software, Database, and Tax SW Release cadences.

Managed processes and disciplines that transformed the Software application delivery environment. Utilized test driven development, and best practices for SDLC. Increased the frequency of schedule for Release deployments from (3) releases in Q1-Q2 to (9) releases in Q3-Q4. Result: Improved repeatability, predictability and quality of Releases.
