To ensure the Dealer comply with company policy and procedures when performing their duties at a gaming table by enforcement.

To instill discipline in the pit at all time. The Inspector are expected to be fair and non – prejudice when dealing with the Dealer.

To Supervise and ensure the accuracy of all gaming table transaction.

To complete all relevant paperwork with attention to detail.

To maintain a high standard of appearance and hygiene at all times in accordance with company policy and procedure.

To polite and attentive to customer needs by creating a friendly atmosphere. The customers are to be treated with utmost courtesy, diplomacy and respect.

To learn new skills and knowledge by participating diligently in training programs provided by the management.

To project good Company image and uphold company’s policy and not to divulge official matters the is confidential.
