PeopleSoft Access Role Migration for Enterprise-wide CCC Finance Departments (Jan 2010 – June 2010)
Role: Business Analyst
Set up security access roles in the PeopleSoft Finance Production system whereby access to specific modules was established according to employee title and function and also in observance of the segregation of duties.
Met with managers and directors of the Finance Department, examined and assessed their department’s daily functional processes, and organized security roles based on employee function and title.
Worked with CCC’s OIT Department to establish security access roles in PSFT test system, and conducted tests for all department roles to establish desired access for each security role group.
Managed the incremental migration of each role group from the test system into PSFT Production system.
Tested migrated roles in the production system to ensure full functionality for each employee’s role.
Closed and evaluated the project upon successful completion of migration.
Managed Project using Microsoft Project 2010.
CCC/JPMC/US Bank - Check/Pay Card/Direct Deposit Implementation (Feb 2011 – Sept 2011)
