Misc. projects from burglar bars to awnings from residential to commercial applications. Also some landscape and gazebo design and construction.
UNIVERSALPEGASUS INTERNAT’L - 03/2013 thru 06/2015
Design and layout of facilities from Compressor Stations, Central Tank Batteries, Launcher and Receiver Facilities, numerous Pump Stations and Terminals. Was project lead for most projects that I was involved with at UPI.
NABORS OFFSHORE CORP. - 03/2012 thru 02/2013
Design and layout of High Pressure Cement and Mud systems for proposed Chevron drill rig. Create installation drawings for these systems and other service lines also. Create assembly drawings for piping system from DSM to DM. Locate equipment within modules, adjust all piping requiring relocation due to structural revisions. Located in field office/fab yard in Baytown so much of the work is hands on during fabrication and assembly. I am piping lead for this rig known as Chevron M400 Bigfoot. I also have worked on high pressure piping for another on going rig project known as the Shell N88 which is being fabricated and assembled in this same area.
GULF INTERSTATE ENGINEERING - 05/2011 thru 02/2012
Various projects ranging from crude oil storage facilities for Anadarko to launcher and receiver/mlv assemblies for brine pipeline systems for Petrologistics. The storage facility included launcher and receiver, numerous act units and divert and storage tanks. All was 3d modeled in cadworx and P&IDs were also created for these projects. Other smaller projects for El Paso consisted of horizontal filter separator replacement/upgrades, upgrading a compressor station with valve actuators and upgrading the ESD system. Performed field work on some smaller projects for design. and tie-in requirements to existing facilities.
BIS – TEPSCO Inc. Grand Prairie, Texas – 09/2010 thru 03/2011
Tri-Cities plant upgrade. Revise existing well system for natural gas storage system consisting of adding new pipelines (alignment sheets, piping details, P&IDs and 3D modeling of separators, meter runs, compressor addition and more using Cadworx Plant. Also extracting BOMs and fabrication ISOs utilizing Cadworx program features. Performed field work as required for design verification. Working on various smaller projects as required. All work performed in client’s office (ATMOS ENERGY, INC.) in Dallas, Texas.
Babcock Eagleton, Inc. Houston, Texas – 05/2010 thru 09/2010
Layout and design of CO2 Injection Plant for Denbury Energy, LLP
Area of responsibility consisted of test area of 40 acre plant site which included heaters, separators, manifolds and pipe rack for all piping related to this equipment. All mechanical design was layed out in 3D model format using Cadworx Plant. Revised P&IDs as required for
design changes.
