ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Effective utilization of resources like Man, Machine and Material with (5M) Method.

Preparation of work plan schedule to complete the order as per order data sheet form and planning list.

Reading and analyzing the given drawings. Preparing and executing the CNC program for machining the product as per the drawing requirement.

Choosing the machining method, Suggest suitable insert, cutters & drill bits for machining the product.

Calculating the feed rate, depth of cut, & rpm.

Guiding the operator for machining the component as per the drawing and planning.

Communicating to production in-charge regarding commitment, problem, process delays and update the status.

Preparation of daily production statement and shop efficiency over all effective efficiency

(OEE) calculation.

Design, development of jig and fixtures by using POKA-YOKE method for improving the production efficiency.

Trouble shooting and solving technical problems.

Implement the carrier method for pump shaft to eliminate the shifting between front and back side of the keyways.

Making blind holes on centre axis of the SM620 motor shaft to removing the staging of chip during the machining.
