WORK EXPERIENCE

Coherent (Formerly Lee Laser, Inc.) June 2014 - Present

Review MRP requirements and release work orders to manufacturing. Follow through from kitting to work order completion. Review MRP requirements and purchase materials for manufacturing. Follow through from order placement to receipt and clearance to payables. Locate sources of materials and negotiate pricing, blanket orders, lead times, etc. Use computer software for planning, purchasing, transactions, reporting, analysis, etc. Helping engineering when needed with sourcing components that are obsolete and needing replacements. Work with Stock room for receiving, stock requisitions, issues techs may have, cycle counts, job pulls- serializing certain products; creating labels for those products as well. Receiving / entering paperwork for Return Authorization Materials and giving to the proper people for investigating and repairing our goods, notifying customers of the issues and quoting for the return product. Helping in shipping when needed to ship product. Lending a helping hand in other areas of the company where learning is a plus and learning solid works for drafting as well.

My daily duties as a consultant is book / do tasting parties with host – to earn free host products; work vendor events to sell products; take orders / use credit card processing or take cash payments. I also work with making freezer easy meal workshops with clients as well to get creative.
