Learned various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sample processing and Validation of Reports with Clinical Correlation through Hospital Information System (HIS). Maintenance of Quality Control (Internal and External), Calibration, Levey-Jenning charts and Westgard Multirule Charts analysis, reagent stability and storage, troubleshooting and various statistical and technical aspects of automated analyzers. Worked on Roche/Hitachi Cobas 6000 auto analyzer (c501 and e601 modules), Cobas Integra 400+ chemistry auto analyzer, Cobas e401 immunoassay autoanalyzer, Cobas b121 ABG analyzer and 9180 direct ISE analyzers.

Also learned various practical and technical aspects and clinical applications of spectrophotometer, electrophoresis, chromatography, ultracentrifugation, RIA, ELISA, ECLIA, PCR, ISEs, and various POCT devices.
