NEW PRODUCT PROGRAM MANAGER, CISCO AUSTIN,

Assemble and lead product-manufacturing team and coordinate work with engineering, software, planning,

product marketing, and financial professionals in a business unit that launches an average of 15 new

products and generates more than $1.1B in annual sales. Manage engineering development (NPI) builds

testing, manufacturability, material readiness, bill of materials and change management through the NPI

life cycle and ensured product transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters.

Manage ramp readiness by working with internal teams as well as external partners (ie, materials

availability, capacity readiness, transition plans ). Work with engineering team and ensured DF(X)

standards are considered during all stages of the product development and manufacturing process. Manage

multiple complex projects simultaneously from concept to completion. Manage and monitored post

production release including cost, forecast vs actual, test yields, manufacturing yields and cost reduction.

Lead cross-functional team s collaboration for program execution, design, development & test strategies,

product release and production ramp. Maintained a strong working relationship with customer and the

were met. Manage and monitor post production release including cost, forecast vs actual, test yields,
