The freight bill payment process across regions is performed using various methods including Accounts Payable (resource tracking and controlling) and a payment agent (IPS). Inconsistent and manual paper processes result in inconsistent or missing global consolidated data for freight cost analysis and overpayments to vendor, to overcome the above results the IPS freight payment is buildup.

TRACE will provide dispatch experience information for manager review of accuracy of records in GE Learning, identification of incremental training in GE Learning, as well analysis of FE travel time. Trace Viewer is to manage a huge quantity of information related to technician interventions on the field in order to achieve a better workload distribution, increase Intervention Time over Travel Time and improve profitability.
