The project includes Engineering, supply, installation, operation and maintenance and Construction of bottom slab, internal and outer walls, top slab and other concrete structures
Key Job Responsibilities:
Co ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems.
Seek resolution on complex technical problems as required to ensure satisfactory completion of design and construction.
Delay Analysis for the overall project using various techniques for calculating the time & cost impact.
Procurement of the project materials including RFQ, material approvals etc.
Earned Value Management
Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise management.
Update and evaluate the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost incurred and physical progress achieved for all phases of project.
Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.

Pragati-III Combined Cycle Power Plant is located at Bawana Delhi, India. The power plant is one of the gas based power plants of Pragati Power Corporation Limited (PPCL). The source of water for the power plant is treated water from Rithala Sewage Treatment Plant. Pragati Power Station has an installed capacity of 1000 MW and planned capacity of 1500 MW.
Had HRSG system followed (Heat Recovery Steam Generator System) with basically two turbines i.e. Gas turbine & on the other hand Steam Turbine wherein hot exhaust gasses / waste heat energy from the gas turbine are utilized to run the steam turbine achieving more efficiency in terms of additional production of Electricity.
