Project Details: CODeR is an electronic record linkage of multiple data sources to create a diabetes register for newly- diagnosed Children with Diabetes in partnership with the Ministry of Health (MOH), Aridhia Informatics and Dundee University as part of the Kuwait-Scotland eHealth Innovation Network (KSeHIN). CODeR is a modern electronic diabetes register that allows prompt identification of children and young people with this condition. The national registry is entirely web-based and can be accessed from any computer with high speed internet access. It will essentially provide a sampling frame for scientifically valid and ethically approved epidemiological and clinical studies of childhood diabetes.
CODeR will provide robust and timely information on the epidemiology of childhood diabetes and its complications and to monitor the disease across time. It will also be useful in estimating the cost effectiveness of intervention and to provide an essential tool for research. Prediction of future incidence of this disease will enable adequate fund allocation for delivery of care to be planned.
Children and adolescents (0-19) years who are discharged from hospitals with the diagnosis of diabetes will constitute the primary source while those attending Primary Healthcare Centres, Diabetes Specialty Clinics and the Kuwait Diabetes Society will constitute the secondary source and thus allow the degree of ascertainment to be calculated based on the capture-recapture statistical method.

Procurement module would be used to Procure various materials (Assets, Non-Assets, Medical and Non- Medical Consumables for the Hospital. Procurement would keep a track of Manufacturer’s, Vendor’s, PO Types, Payment Modes, Quotation Request, Purchase Indent Authorization, Purchase Order, and Vendor Analysis etc. Finance
HRFMS Finance modules include Admin, Budget, Revenue, Payroll, Contracts, and Treasury. Budget Section is a place where all controls relating to the financial matters of the hospital are carried out . Budget plays a very important role in budget Approvals & Disbursement. The Revenue section keeps track of the revenues received/earned from different sources.
Support Services
Support Services includes Bio-Medical, Maintenance, Housing, Transportation and Nursing Roistering. Job Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Account Management-Delivery of Projects within Costs, quality and schedules. Involved in all the Quality related Processes.
Translate requirements into an implementation plan and mobilize resources necessary to execute plan.
Responsible for Process Improvement and Re-Engineering. Ensuring that product Configuration meets client requirements. Convincing the Client on inputs what best suits their environment.
Responsible for software testing and analysis, problem reporting and resolution, Project and Vendor management
Involved in IPS (Implementation Planning Study) Architecting Design, Scope Definition, RFP’s.
Provide real time hands on support during ERP Implementation.
Reviewing SOW documents, Designing Training Methodology in coordination with the Vendor for End Users, Reviewing Vendors Implementation & Mobilization Plan, Following on Contractual Deliverables, Project Deadlines
& Penalty Clauses.
Coordinating with Stake Holders, Vendors, Consultants, Business Users.
Designing Implementation Methodologies, Policies, Approval Forms, Designing Implementation check List.
Involved in Site Readiness for Implementation (Master Data, Infrastructure, Training, Installations, Licenses etc). Reporting To:
