Flight Operations Controller / Flight Dispatcher

•Compute CFPL,ETP’s and ETOPS flight plans with information including maximum allowable takeoff and landing weights, weather reports, field condition, METAR’s, TAF’s NOTAM’s SIGMET’s PIREP’s and other information required for safe completion of the flight. Ensuring ATC flight plans are filed as per the regulatory requirements.

•Analyze ATS/EUROCONTROL ERAD route system and route optimum each flight as per the requirements, considering fuel index and time efficiency for each route system

•Prepare routes with the use of jeppview software and run all validated route on the advanced aurora flight planning system

•Prepare and follow up application for PPR’s Slots, landing permit and overfly permit in different region of the world and to provide expertise to clients on various factors e.g. selecting best enroute suitable airport, flying time and lead time obtaining flight permit.

•Effective communicate and interact as required with the captains, CAA, Military airport, customs, FDC (Flight data Centre), area control and ATC for smooth operations and avoid delay.

•Experience in dealing with GCAA authorities and understanding of CAR-OPS & GCAA Regulations

•Prepare computerized flight brief, WX/met plan, FIR/NOTAM’s for the crew to ensure safety of flight.
