Played a key role in commissioning of Sinter Plant at BSL. The total plant has come up with German Technology, OUTOTECH, Germany . In the sinter plant project of 2*204 Sq.mtr.

I was involved in the commissioning & testing instruments like Level Sensors, RTD’s, Thermocouples &Load Cells, DCS., including of Motor Vision based IMCC, Feeder Vision base PCC,LCI, weighing systems, etc. Also involved in the commissioning of Electrostatic Precipitator.

Maintaining the feeding and monitoring equipments like weigh feeders, loss in weight system bin level and belt weighers.

Maintenance and trouble shooting and calibration of GAS ANALYZER (SIEMENS OXIMAT, ULTRAMAT).

Maintenance of EOT cranes (5T-32T).
