Serves as the Senior Logistics Inventory Control Operations Manager for a two 24-Hour 1.2 million square foot distribution centers consisting of over 340 million dollars’ worth of inventory in over 650 thousand locations.
Expertly manages three different 24-hour departments with 70 teammates: Inventory Control, Reorganization, and Profiling.
Exceeded Service Level Agreement expectations and Key Performance Indicators on Location, Financial and Piece Accuracy.
Implemented Lean mythologies to increase performance consisting of Cycle Count TAK Time, Gemba Walks, Departmental Lean Kiosk Boards, Kanban Boards, Productivity Tracker and Strategic A3’s.

Planned and executed a CI inventory cycle count model which resulted in a 20% improvement in location and quantity accuracy within a three month period.
Consolidated a one-million square foot warehouse consisting of five different business into consolidated by business zones which improved picking speed by over 40%.
