Current job responsibilities include all facets of managing a full service financial services branch of seven

direct reports (sales people) and dollar outstanding of $56 million dollars and 1618 accounts/customers.

- Policy and Compliance: Federal/State and company driven in a lending environment for “sub-prime,“

mortgages and consumer loans.

- Accounting: All branch accounting/forecasting and budgeting done per year for each branch employed

in.

- Sales: Coach, train, promote, succession plan, hire and termination for performance in selling loan,

insurance and ancillary products. The right product for the right customer at the right time.

- Results: As of 9/2002, the branch I managed has achieved $32 million dollars in loan account growth

and has been over 140% of goal for profit. Three time “Founders Council,” recipient (Top 7 managers in a

division of 122) and issued restricted stock grants 2 of three years.

- HR: No unforced turnover.

- Branch Manager: Held position in several different branches “red branches“. (branches not able to grow

internally or make a profit) Responsibilities included, but not limited to, lending, collecting, training, hiring,

succession planning and building customer bases in branches ranging from three million dollars to nine

million dollars.

- Director of HR and Mid-Atlantic Sales: Position responsibilities included hiring management candidates,

holding HR and sales workshops, and the cultivation of a sales market ranked first in the company. Other

highlights included portfolio acquisitions, and developed a Real Estate sales seminar that over 450

employees attended. Sales in the real estate loan portfolio grew by 77% and sales contracts developed

from Maine to Virginia grew from an average of 6 contracts per branch to 100 per branch.

- Asst VP of Operations: Managed a portfolio of 14 branch offices totaling $132 million dollars. Employee

development, succession planning, collections, loan account gain, delinquency reduction, profit planning,

site evaluation, marketing specific by area, loss prevention. Responsibilities included 15 direct manager

reports and 147 front line employees. When Avco sold to AFC, my team (district) was ranked fourth in the

U.S out of 103 districts.

- Integration Specialist: This undertaking was after the sale of Avco to Associates First Capital.

Responsibilities included making the transition a comfortable one for over 1000 employees in the Mid-

Atlantic area, computer training, severance workouts, employee retention and everything related to a

major acquisition.
