As an account manager for W.W. Grainger I am responsible for ensuring that both company and customer objectives are met. I also act as the liaison between the customer and Grainger. I process request for price quotes as well sourcing hard to find parts. I also assist the corporate sales department in the negotiation of customer sales agreements and contracts. As a District manager I am responsible for the safe and profitable operation of my twelve assigned stores. This includes execution of company designed sales and payroll plans. The reduction of inventory shrinkage and coordinating with the area Asset Protection manager to achieve company assigned goals. The recruitment and training of new store personnel. I am also responsible for coordinating activities between outside sales force personnel and store teams, to ensure customer service expectations are being exceeded.

Reduced District payroll by .75% in calendar year 2015. This was done by training the management team on how to monitor hours used on a daily basis. I also instructed them on how to calculate payroll hours used vs payroll hours available. This allowed the managers to achieve company payroll targets.
Grew sales from -$58,000 in 2014 to a +125,000 in 2015. This was done thru staffing and scheduling improvements and the development of an installer sales call schedule.

As a District manager I was responsible for the safe and profitable operation of twelve to as many as twenty six company owned stores. This included execution of sales and payroll plans. The reduction of inventory shrinkage. The management of store personnel, and the recruitment and training of new store personnel and managers. As a store manager I was responsible for both retail and B2B sales.
As a loss prevention manager I was responsible for the investigation of and disposition of all cases of product loss, cash loss and many HR matters in my assigned area. I was also responsible for ensuring that all store inventories were properly recorded and preformed. I also conducted an annual operational audit in each of my assigned stores.
Grew District sales by 12% in 2009, 8.5% in 2010 and 9.5% in 2011
