oLead Distribution Center Activities to develop and implement key systems and processes for the ongoing management of Excess and Obsolete product to include the recovery, rework and repackaging efforts of field based product.

oLed the ‘Process Mapping’ project team which successfully mapped all key processes within the organization. Subsequently this effort led to Zimmer Spine Distribution Center’s successful passage through a spotless FDA audit and identification as a “Best Practice” in the Zimmer Corporate internal audits.

oDeveloped, implemented and managed the highly efficient cycle count program, achieving 99.2% Gross and 99.7% net inventory accuracy for the entire FG warehouse.

oImplemented wholesale Process Improvements to address capacity concerns and improve response time in the Receiving Function. Specific activities included; advance inbound PO planning tool for work-loading/headcount staffing, process re-layout for labor efficiency and space savings, establishment of throughput goals and cycle time improvement, enhanced prioritization methods/systems to address pending service level issues, automating process for efficient inbound “put-away” activity, and implementation of fail-safe methods of error detection and correction.
