Microscribe Calibration Technician July 2009 to March 2013

My duties were to build Microscribe G2 and MX series Portable Desktop Digitizing Metrology Systems. These systems I assembled these using blueprints, assembly drawing's and wire diagrams. I calibrated both M and G series Microscribes using a specified calibration utility provided by the company. I also was responsible for repairing all RMA returned for repair All repairs cost were documented and repair cost were uploaded onto excel spreadsheets for repair approval. The calibration was performed Using a Brown & Sharp CMM to create a calibration point file. I also worked closely with the owner of Revware System Inc. To improve the quality of Both G & M series of Microscribes over the years.
