• Lobby Director: assist clients with questions and concerns about ways to ship their items; change of address forms; inquiries on the whereabouts of their packages, letters and others

• Check all carriers’ cases for mail been held at the post office for more than 10 days and return it to the sender

• UBBM (Undeliverable Business Bulk Mail) to dispose of when needed
