Recruited by owners to plan, organize and launch week-long resort conference and Federal Tax Update programs. Developed an internal infrastructure and managed site selected, contracting, catering, onsite logistics, classes, instructor scheduling, travel, marketing, production and documentation.

Hired staff and coordinated schedule rotation for up to eight instructors. Authored resort and FTU program web content. Executed all job functions remotely.

Director of Live Events / Assistant Director / Contract Specialist

As Director, oversaw the development of all live conferences including resort and seminar logistics.
