National Call Center – National Certificate Phone line - Donor and Unit Donations and problem solving.
Fulfillment - Issuing all National certificates and Tax substantiation letters.
Researched, purchased and implemented an in-house automated Remittance Processing solution, RTLFiRST.
Utilizing an OPEX document scanner, OCR and automated payment processing
Incorporating Hadassah business rules and live integration with the Hadassah donor database, PledgeMaker, via custom Data Calls.
Converted manual bank deposits to Check21 ICL deposits, incorporated credit card authorization, data entry and fulfillment functions, and eliminated duplication of entry.
Partnered with Membership and Development Divisions to further Hadassah’s mission.
Member of the IT steering committee planning revamping of Hadassah’s future IT needs.

Created centralized National Donor Relations Center.
Centralized data entry from 23 regional offices and created a National “Tree” Call Center.
Designed & implemented Access Donor Data Base, data entry and call center systems.
Designed user interface for data entry and call center operations using Access.
Implemented reports for daily operations and design additional reports as needed.
Managed 27 employees, multiple shifts- Phone center, and Data Entry & Fulfillment centers.
Wrote "Operator Manual" including procedures and scripts.
