Professional Experience:

3 year experance in “KUMAR FLOREST BIOPLANTS PVT LTD.” Pune as a Tech. Manager and Business Development at head office since October, 2010 to November 2013. Kumar bioplants manufactured quality based plants as(gerbera,cernation,phenolopsis,gypshophila,anthurim,etc) and vegetable plants also as (capcicum,tomato,cabbage, tomato,,strobrry,cucumber etc). It is working with State Governments and in private sector through distributor network all over India. It’s also developed markets in foreign countries like as;, Chile, Greece, France, Japan, Maxico, Taiwan, Russia, Netherland,Poland, Koria, Iran, Australia, Colombia, Espania, Italia, Croatia, China, etc. and doing farming projects with Holland and India governments. State covered by me Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab working details are as follows;

Deliver technical lectures in Meetings, Trainings and organized demos at different locations to promote new launching Project

Provide field level solution to the farmers in different crops mostly Horticulture crops e.g. flowers, fruit and for poly houses vegetable crops and field, cereal crops etc.

Handled real state (developers) and commercial gardens through solve the flowers, hedges and ornamental plants.

Give technical support for making Hindi leaflets and brochures and also develop package of practices of different crops as per demand.

Develop technical training program for Tech. officers and support to sales team for sale promotion and business development.

6 month experance with sheel biotech pvt ltd Delhi as a Tech. Assistant manager at hade office since feb.2014 .sheel Biotech manufacturing quality base plant as green house such as( gerbera, Banana, Glade,lillu And vegetable plant also. Presently I am working in Chandigarh with earth agro structure pvt ltd . it is a reputed company in Punjab

My role is sr. agronomist and crop specialist in vegetable and floriculture .
