Responsibilities Handled:

Calculating Master quantity for high rise buildings as per the method of measurement and reconciled with Estimation Department.

Preparation of B.O.Q.

Preparation of B.B.S.

Releasing the Pre-launch, Preliminary and Approved Estimates to the site.

Collecting Daily Productivity Report from the site Engineers and comparing against the Estimates on a daily basis.

Arriving the material wastage and discussing with the project in-charge to identify the root cause for the same and to bring in corrective measures.

Preparation of Variance report containing reasons for variance and the same was highlighted to the Project In-charge and the area of cost overrun was arrived at for the implementation of corrective measures.

Checking and Certifying the bi-weekly labor bills and external agency bills against the DPR produced by the respective site Engineers.

Prepare periodical reports on the progress of work.

Maintaining all records related to the project.

Ensuring Closure projects cost after 100% completion before handing over to Maintenance team.
