=> Energy / Utilities Supervisor: The factory must be ready, but the need for an outside job is the responsibility of the state power company, so it was necessary to start production with the use of leased diesel generators. At the same time, direct and indirect employees were hired, raw material purchases, negotiation with suppliers and customers, definition of the functional structure, implementation of procedures and WCM. I created two vacancies for Supervisor of Production and Logistics, accumulated the maintenance along with the industrial one, with emphasis in the following works:

• Installation of 3 generator sets of 750 kVA each, definition of area, reservoirs, material for preventive maintenance and electrical connection with the ventilated bus system, definition of protection configurations and safety regulations.

• Creation of the organization chart of the company, definition of the areas and hiring of employees for 3 shifts.

• Industrial water treatment (closed circuit) with treatment to combat rust and the appearance of bacteria / algae, with specific treatment.

• Electrical adaptation of the machines for operation with generators, with the installation of frequency inverters and / or soft-starters, it was necessary to adjust the adjustments to possible values due to the use of generators and protection of the machines.

• Automated installation of capacitor banks for improvements in energy quality.

• Preventive maintenance on the injectors of the hydraulic system that presented many leaks.

• Definition and implementation of a minimum stock of maintenance parts, such as resistors, fuses, injectors, hydraulic hoses and etc ...

• Reinforcement of bus bars and disconnectors due to increased electrical load.

• Transfer of customer's production, with the receipt of the mold, inspection, registration with photos to create a history of each receipt.

1nd step.

=> Energy / Utilities Supervisor: I was nominated for the AGES project, a new Stola Group company that would initially produce headlights and lanterns for the automotive sector, initially absorbing the production of former Magneti Marelli (MM) suppliers and Production with new customers. The beginning of the work would be the adaptation of a shed in the city of Betim - MG and the end with the startup of the production, highlighting the following works:

• Adaptation of an 8,000sqm shed with metallic structure, right foot of 7.5 meters, masonry closure and industrial concrete floor for installation of machinery and handling of forklifts.

• Opening, preparation and asphalt paving of the internal streets for maneuvering of trucks and trucks.

Main results: Phase completed within the timeframe defined in the initial schedule, with only the delay of the substation connection being dependent on external service by Cemig. Budget met 80% of the initially planned amount.
