Trained end users on system build for the new system. This included teaching the knowledge of the sequence of build, master file overviews and master file builds. Some of the major master files built were the charge master, insurance payor/plan, remittance and denial process, nursing station, room and bed, accommodation codes, billing and claims, follow up and collections, general ledger and many others.

Coordinated, tested, and validated Soarian’s product release updates and enhancements.

Provided leadership on claims projects for upgrades to the current and latest versions of Soarian. Compared the 837s, UBs, and 1500s for various scenarios until the current version of the claims match with the new updated version of the claim.

Trained the users on functionality changes and upgrade features for all of the pieces of Soarian after upgrades completed.
